We have been to Ashley Home Store in Clarksville before but we ended up walking out buying a dining room and living room set this last time. They have a great selection of furniture to choose from and the staff is very friendly! I never had any problems and we’re waiting for our purchase to be delivered at our house. It’s a great store selection to but high quality furniture that has great customer service.

Recliners that were advertised on sale were not available at the Clarksville store. That was understandable but it went down hill from that point. Nicole, the sales clerk, said she could order them and if we did not like them we could return them within 72 hours for a full refund. She then went to the manager and asked if delivery charge could be waved. The manager then told us not no but heck no, we would not have the 72 hours to return the recliners, we would have to decide immediately at time of delivery and if we did return we would still be responsible for the $79 delivery charge. Lost our business in that "customer friendly" exchange. I have to give at least one star, Nicole did try to help us.

The prices in the store are much different than online, but they worked with us and gave us the better prices for the pieces that we purchased. Super helpful. Ron is not pushy at all, good salesperson. Delivery scheduled two days from purchase, very glad that it was available so soon.

10-21-17. My husband and I decided to check out Ashley furniture for some new living Room furniture. We spent over an hour just looking around the store. The salesman, Raymond, greeted us when we came in but did not staulk us or interrupt our browsing. When we finally decided what we liked We had questions about the fabric etc. Raymond was very informative and gave us suggestions as far as warranty and how well it would stand up to pets. Then Raymond told us that they were having a sale on adjustable bed frames. I had wanted to get this for my husband awhile ago and the sale made it possible. We ended up buying a new mattress too. Their 12 months same as cash and 5yrs same as cash made it all happen. Raymond was a very good salesman, I suggest you ask for him if you go there. Natalie was the store manager that night and she and the two other associates Debbie and Matthew were the cherry on top with their wonderful sweet and funny attitudes. Thanks so much for making this a very pleasant experience.

They have very nice stuff here. More expensive than we can afford. Maybe someday LOL. The staff are a little too hands-off as the store is *very* disorganized. If you want to look at couches they have them in every different part of the store and you have to walk through the whole store.
