B E W A R E!!!!!!!!! Terrible customer service. They definitely do not stand behind what they sell. Bought a mattress and headboard and did not put it together for about 2 weeks. The headboard fell apart after using it for only 2 days. I took it back and they were very unfriendly and refused to help me. They said the return had to be made within 7 days of purchase.

Not good at all. Bought and paid for the furniture same day, delivery was scheduled for one day (my building can only take deliveries before 4pm-and I made sure they knew) so they try to call at 530 and say they're here. No go try again the following day. Say they'll arrive at 11-12 after 530, they show up!!!! At this point I'm home and meet the drivers. Two gentleman depart the cab of the truck, nothing but profanity then they realized I was meeting them. Sloppy with the loading; hit corners, the ground and sides of the doors. Then they only had part of the delivery! It's been two weeks and i have not reached the office to find out what is going on. I can keep going but from the reviews here it's obvious you should stay away.

This is a terrible store.....I will definitely not recommend this store to anyone. No good customer service at all even their product won't last long.... They use sales discount to attract customers and deceive them.

Horrible Experience- they scheduled a delivery from 10am-1pm on President's Day, even though I questioned their ability to deliver on a holiday. Then on the day off they called me at 11am notifying me that the warehouse was actually closed and that they would not be able to make the delivery. Their poor management and customer service has left me with any empty living room as I am going to get a full refund.

DON'T BELIEVE AND BUY A MATTRESS FROM HERE UNTIL YOU READ THIS... I PURCHASED A MATTRESS FROM HEAR THINKING THAT IT WAS NEW BECAUSE IT WAS IN THE PLASTIC, BUT LITTLE DID I KNOW WHEN I TOOK IT HOME I NOTICED THAT THE MATTRESS HAD THIS FOUL HORRIBLE SMELL... SO I DECIDED TO TAKE A BLADE AND OPEN IT UP. OMG!!! I KID YOU NOT, COME TO FIND OUT IT HAD ANIMAL HAIR INSIDE AND ALL THEY DID WAS TURN THE WHOLE THING INSIDE OUT AND JUST REPLACED THE TOP LAYER OF THE MATTRESS. THIS MATTRESS HAD STAINS, ANIMAL HAIR AND HUMAN HAIR ALL INSIDE OF IT! THE SMELL OF THE MATTRESS WAS UNREAL. DON'T BUY FROM THEM. AT THE END OF THE DAY I WOULD HAVE NEVER THOUGHT TO CUT IT OPEN IF I WOULD NOT HAVE SMELLED THAT SMELL COMING FROM THE MATTRESS. THEY CLAIM THAT THESE MATTRESS ARE BRAND NEW BECAUSE IT'S IN A PLASTIC BUT TRUST AND BELIEVE ME, WHAT I SAW INSIDE THAT MATTRESS WAS UNBELIEVABLE! BEWARE!!!!!
