If I could give them 0 stars I would. It didn't start off badly. However after being totally lied to about delivery ( apparently the town i was moving to they only deliver once a month!) I went back in to cancel being as my husband and I didn't want to wait a month for our couch. So after canceling I was told since we paid by check ( huge mistake !!) that it would take 5 days for processing. I was frustrated by this however I understood. Well we are now working on week 3 and no one knows what any one else is doing. My money is being held hostage and no one will call me back. This whole experience has been horrific. DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM ASHLEY.

Very friendly and helpful. Not pushy but polite. I would recommend this place to anyone for the prices are right and people very helpful. Give them 5 stars.

Terrible. Terrible. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Great sales person, but after they get your money that is where the customer service stops. They have one person working the customer service desk. My delivery has been cancelled two days in a row with NO communication. I stayed home during the “anticipated” delivery times ( which was a 6 hour gap ) and even received confirmation text messages the day before. Today I received a message that my delievery would be arriving in 15 minutes ( which was 3 hours BEFORE my set time ). I rushed home. I have been waiting 7 hours since then. I called the store a total of 13 times. Only twice did I actually get an answer. The phone will disconnect on you or will just continue ringing. When I did get an answer they told me to just keep waiting and there was NO way of contacting the delivery drivers. I called back 3 hours later and said I am officially past the expected delivery times. She said she had no idea what is happening. A delivery driver calls me 30 mins later to tell me it is cancelled and he does not know why. He could not give me a manager to speak to, or even the phone number to the store. He left me with he has no idea what happened with the furniture or when it will be able to be delievered. BY FAR the worst service I have received when trying to receive an expensive purchase I have already paid in full for.

We get a call YESTERDAY, saying the table top for our dining room table didn't make it on the truck on time. That's bad enough considering we are having a birthday gathering for 12 people, but a 1/3 of our sectional is missing! When I mentioned it to the delivery crew, they were unaware because it wasn't on their paperwork. We showed them our receipt and they didn't know so we called the 1800 number. After speaking to the rep, he informed us that its out of stock... So when the hell were you going to let us know?! Or were you just going to keep the product and never inform us? So now we're seriously inconvenienced for a double birthday gathering today and, more importantly for Thanksgiving! The earliest the sectional comes back in stock is December 4th. They had about a month figure this out and it seems their initial means of compensation is $75! That's an blatant insult! This is the first time we ever shopped here and very well could be our last if we do not get the situation rectified and quickly!

Jeff was a great help in our search for a new couch for the house. Walked us through the store and helped talk us through all the ideas we had. Don’t hesitate to go in and see him, you won’t be disappointed.
