Like every furniture store they promised everything and in the give you little. I bought a chair they said delivery in two days it took like three weeks. In store chair was soft and comfortable the one I got was hard as a rock. Customer service was no help they asked for details. I emailed them as they requested. They replied my phone didn't match the records so I sent my other number and no reply. If they really cared they could of called. I should have went to Bob's next door and saved $300.

If I could give this place a no star I would!! I ordered a concord fireplace I spend 2400 on this and got shipped a fireplace after 6 weeks of waiting. They only delivered me the fireplace and not the console!!! I had to wait another 3 weeks for the stuff and when they delivered turned out the fireplace was not the one I should have gotten. They send me the old version!! I was spoke to several ppl , who were nice people but need better communication . I spoke to Kyle who was nice but I was really disappointed! Since this was a special order I was unhappy. They were charging the same amount for an old version that I could have bought a new version somewhere else for the same price!!! I will never again shop at this place. I returned it ! Hope I receive my money because they tried to SCAM me!! I’m just warning anyone to b careful !

My fiancé and I would like to say thank you to the store manager Kyle and his staff which made shopping at raymour and flanigan a pleasurable and hassle free experience. He was professional, courteous, and efficient in rectifying the issue we had and we are glad we bought our furniture and mattress here. The moving guys were great too, polite, respectful, and kind. Thank you again everyone!

I agree with the other reviews....this location has changed negatively in recent years and I feel its due to Managament. I encountered my recent issue with a manager. To make this review short and simple.......If Management doesn't have proper professional etiquette, than it will reflect on the rest of the team!

Very pleased with the local store and staff. Shout out to Lou and Franz for assistance. I last ordered from Lou over a year and a-half ago and yet when I brought a friend there yesterday, Lou remembered every item that I purchased, including the items my son purchased! Speaks volumes for customer service.
