The staff is friendly and informative, but the wait time was ridiculous. My appointment was at 1:00, and I was asked to arrive at 12:30 for paperwork. I got there around noon, and wasn't seen until about 3:15. I understand unexpected complications can be a factor but over 2 hours past my appointment is very inconvenient. But I also acknowledge that there isn't much that can be done if something comes up. I would want them to get my work done perfectly if I had been the reason they ran over, so it speaks more to their commitment to quality care.

The lady at the front & dental assistant TC made me feel very welcomed as soon as I came through the door. Danielle the hygienist and Dr. Nalley was very patient with me and help me better understand my dental help. I would recommend anybody and everybody to come experience the smiling faces like I did.

Fast and friendly. I went in to have an issue evaluated and they squeezed me in to do the  work. Saved me from coming back. Everyone was knowledgeable and courteous. 

After my initial review above, my return visits were not as good. On normal cleaning appointments covered 100% by insurance, they try to tack in extra procedures to make money. They wanted me to buy a flouride treatment and they did x-rays not covered under my insurance. I've never had this forced in me at any other dentist. I have since gone back to my previous dentist that u left due to a change in my insurance company and will pay the extra cost to get good care.

Danielle was extremely helpful to me and I really appreciate her for the hard work she did on my teeth.

Also the dentist with the beard was very honest and helpful. I can't remember his name, but he was a great guy.

I really liked the dentist I saw. This is why I will go back. 
The initial scheduling process was easy, and I gave all relevant information on the phone that I was having no problems and needed to have a dental cleaning. I did not appreciate a very curt phone message the day before my appointment saying, “We need critical information before your appointment. Call before 5 PM or your appointment will be cancelled.”  When I was finally able to get through to the office (3rd try) I was asked what problems I was having (NONE) and why I wanted to be seen. These were both questions I had answered on my initial call. 
When I arrived 15 minutes early for my 7 AM appointment, as requested, the door was locked. It opened about 6:55. 
Once checked in I waited until 7:20 while 2 other patients were taken in. I finally asked why I was waiting and was told that they had learned “5 minutes ago” that the dentist was running late. If I had not asked I don’t believe anyone would have come out to tell me. 
The office staff could use a refresher in courtesy!
