Wonderful office experience. Very friendly and inviting atmosphere that set my two children at ease with the stereotypical dentist office visit. Dr. Wiles is a great Dentist. And their hygienist, Ms Sylvia is great as well. The BA’s are all so great to deal with. Very knowledgeable and helpful to aid in questioning. The office manager is a pleasure to deal with regarding the claims and questions pertaining to office practice. Everyone has a great sense of humor and make light of the initial visit for a fantastic experience. Weren’t any hidden coverages. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with. Dentist office speaking, we look forward to the scheduled appointments. I’d recommend this office to anyone!

Excellent patient care. I was very satistisfied with my experience. Professional staff was understanding and helpful. Pricing was fair. The procedure to resolve my teeth issue was done in reasonable timing and results fulfilled all expectations. Request for Dr. Wise! One of the best dentists around the area. Very knowledgeable and quality care for patient was apparent

The staff there was willing to work with me on short notice and did everything the could to help me, they where very friendly. Was billed fairly for the work received.

I am somebody who is very cautious about the well-being of my teeth. I made an appointment with this place to have just a cleaning done because it was time for my regular six month cleaning and my regular dentist could not fit me in within the timeframe I needed. They told me that I have all kinds of problems with my teeth like bone decay going to be tooth loss all kinds of issues that have never popped up in any of my prior appointments with my regular dentist. I think that they were just trying to add on issues so that I can come back and have them work on my teeth and make extra money for themselves. I will be getting a second opinion and not returning to this place.

She put a filling on my tooth several times which it kept coming off each time she eventually said to me what do you want me to do? I said I keep paying for you to put a filling on this tooth and it comes off every time! So I finally left it off found a new dentist he fixed it once and it has staying on with no problem nor attitude or smart remark. Everyone I know that has went to her they all need root canals crowns veneers etc so anyone that I know including myself she tells they need about $10,000 dollars worth of work so when you do start getting work done your teeth don't improve the get worse and you have to go back to get the same ones worked on. I have two teeth bonded which look horrible and have turned brown she told me she couldn't do anything else to it or it would crack not to mention the tooth goes forward almost and not down like my other teeth do now ill be paying to get them fixed my someone who can fix them properly. Iove the staff and the office just not my dentist she was nice til I got the rude comments asking me what I wanted her to do with it...umm well I've paid you to fix it so what do think I'd would have like to be done instead of going around with half a tooth for awhile. That's just not how you speak to your patients who pay a lot of money to see you and pay for your services.
