This place was a nightmare. Literally the worst experience I've ever unfortunately encountered. We stayed for the New Years Eve "kid" slumber party. The hotel was kept at 40 degrees. It was to cold to come out of the room. People had no heat in their rooms and their children had to sleep in their coats. The stair wells feel like you are outside literally. 1 of the 2 elevators were put of service. The second elevator stopped working and trapped a child. There were drunk people and beer bottles everywhere. The fire alarms went off from people smoking marijuana.The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional.i can't express how horrible of a time my family experienced at this hotel.

I had a great time. The breakfast could have a few more hot selections. But other than that everything was great. Amazing staff!

Our three night stay at Aspire was exactly what we needed. It is located in a perfect location - less than 10 minutes from the downtown shops and three minutes from the battlefield. The staff was friendly, our hotel room was HUGE and everything was very clean. It isn't the most updated hotel, but it was nice enough for the occasion. The reason I give my review only 4 stars is because of the breakfast situation. They force you to have breakfast coupons in order to get served. We were not told we needed them upon check-in and unfortunately, we walked all the way to the other side of the hotel to get breakfast, only to be rudely denied food. We had to walk all the way back and get the coupons. Also, all of the coffee and juice containers were empty when we were there all three mornings. Overall, it's a minor detail that wouldn't stop me from recommending the place. It's a good value for your money.

Heat did not work in any of the hall ways. Seriously was 42 degrees inside the hallway. Room heater blew cool air not warm. 1 elevator completely did not work. Other elevator only was working from ground floor up. So,we were in the 3rd floor and elevator would not come up when button was pushed. Had to use the freezing stairwells to get down. The indoor heated pool area, almost gave me hyper thermia sitting there watching my son's in the pool! There literally was no heat in the pool room. Pool water was heated but room was freezing!!! So not a comfortable at all!!! Poor staff was very friendly but was entirely way understaffed!! I felt bad for the very few who worked around the clock literraly while we were there. They smiled and were polite but looked exhausted . Then as far as the extras we were supposed to have? Cookies and snacks starting at 730. We went at 805 and was completely gone!! Room size is nice. That's my only complement

Well that 3 was a mistake should have been a 4. A very friendly staff. The young gentleman at the desk was great at answering our questions. Bed was comforable, room was clean and quiet area. No complaints
