I personally consider this one of those lucky finds( Thanks Casey), they do great work, in a very short amount of time, and the cost is VERY reasonable! I tell everyone i know, At Home Electronics is the place to go, they have done work on better than a dozen stereo piece's of mine and always done a great job. I also would like to point out the quality of people, very friendly and sincere, front desk to the owner, just very, very nice people

They fixed our TV sometime ago. Reasonable and on time :) but today I had a different request. The young man professional, VERY HELPFUL and helped me acquire what I needed. Thanks At Home Electronics.

Great customer service and Oscar the Technician was very polite and professional, he was very careful handling our tv's too!

What a great place to have most anything electronic repaired! I have lived in Richland for 18 years and never know this place existed. The owner and staff are truly great people who go out of their way to help customers and the price is right!!! :) Doug Rood

The lady who answers the phone was rude and snooty. I brought my TV in to get a free estimate they called me within 2 hours telling me it was $150 for the part and a $100 for the labor. I told them no thank you considering the problem was an easy 5 minute fix tops and then then come to find out the problem wasn't what they said. They quoted me on the part that was 3x the amount of the actual part the was defective. So I called three days later asking them if they put the back on my TV and received a very snooty response which I returned with an unappreciated tone. They called me back an hour later to come pick up my TV. To sum it up my experience, they came across dishonest, shady, and had a snooty rude attitude. I will never ever go back there and I recommend you avoid them. Definitely a rip off
