I went in with a phone problem. The were able to answer my questions quickly, the safe was very helpful. Even the store manager came over. Not that I asked they just wanted to make sure the questions were answered to the letter. Thanks for the quick help!

Recently went in to upgrade from my 7+ to the iPhone X... Skyler helped me AND my grandmother upgrade our phones and thoroughly explained every little detail about what was going on. She went above and beyond. I will definitely be coming back next time I need an upgrade! 😊

This store is the exact reason Best Buy is struggling. They made an appointment with me for some car audio installation and when I show up 30 minuets from my house, they tell me they have to reschedule. When I call the store manager who’s name is Jenny to complain about this I am repeatedly hung up on and treated more rude than I have ever been. I guess this is why everyone used amazon. I will NEVER step foot in a Best Buy again. I recommend buying from Walmart or amazon. Stay away from Best Buy

Best buy's are only good to stop in and get a hands on so you can go home and buy it cheaper online.

The Samsung guy there is awesome! I think he spent 2 hours trying to help me download pictures. Wish I could fine his card because I can't remember his name for sure. I will definitely be back there if I need help again, even when it's out of my way.
