I came into the store to pick up a wifi hotspot and ended up getting my phone upgraded to an iPhone 8 because they were running a promotion that I would also get an iPad Pro. I was excited because while I didn't necessarily care about the phone, I was wanting to upgrade my iPad to the Pro. After getting it home and using it for about a month (not daily), I realized it was not a Pro. It was a 5th Generation. I called the store and was told they do not even carry Pros. Uhmmmm, then why do you have signs for the Pro and why did you tell me I was getting a Pro? Now I have to make another trip up there to get this sorted out because they cannot verify me over the phone. Really?
