They're just better in Texas. Adequate cashier coverage? Yes. Shelves stocked and organized? You bet. Aisles are clear and clean. Everything is well taken care of. I assume this is what their stores are supposed to be like. But they aren't in the rest of the country.

Unfortunately, we hope for a better experience every time we visit, however we stopped in multiple times and when we found the items we needed we are greeted with 2 cashiers running the self checkout on either side store and a 15 - 20 min wait. This wouldn’t be such a patience issue, but waiting in line with a baby and toddler can make things interesting. Furthermore, trying to checkout yourself with a baby in hand and the toddler in the basket is quite challenging. When we asked if they could open more registers, they simply said no we don’t have cashiers. I would assume after having this issue more than once, the store Managment would address the issue, however, it seems customer experience is not a top priority.

I had a Wal-Mart gift card and none of the employees knew how to use. They tried to say it wasn't their gift card even though the Wal-Mart symbol was on it. In addition I ask for a manger to come over and they didn't want to do that. Employees need a lot more training.

Absolutely the worst place ever!!! I waited in the automotive section for almost 35 minutes after asking several associates to call the cashier. When he finally got he said they didn't even habe my battery not even one ounce of being apologetic for the wait.

It's walmart.... what else. They have no customer service and horrible shoppers. But it's better than some Walmarts.
