Miss Ybarra we actually apologized and took care of your issue and your family still comes to our store regularly.  We explained that our employee was just back from a life altering stroke that affected her motor skills and emotional state.  She is still adjusting to the retail environment and learning. New girl working there has the personality of a piece of cardboard. Also, about as smart as one too. I called asking for a specific product in stock, she claimed they had it available at the store. Drove from San Antonio to find out they don't have it, and was also met with total apathy from said new girl. 
 Really?! Never coming back here again.

I'm a pro member and it doesn't even seem like I am treated as such. This company needs a bunch of work on the inside for deals such as for pro members.
