Okay, so i went into this store at about 10:30 am. i was thinking i was about to walk out pissed off and nothing new. but the Employees treated me with respect, and when the employee could not answer my questions. the manager i think her name was Nicole came to the rescue and had all the answers I needed. walked out with a newer better plan and phone. they saved me a lot of money, now i can get presents for my kids for Christmas. if i could gibe this place a 10 out of 10 I would.

I was in the Sprint store on Monday the 12th 2017, i was having a problem with my Iphone, it would not make calls. all of the staff was busy helping other customers. The young man that was training took my phone went through it got it updated, took a decent amount of time but he got it working and making calls. I asked him if he could look up my account but did not have any log in credentials, told me some one would be right with me. not even 10 mins later the Staff helped me with my account and answered all my questions and helped me the best they could. I have been to many Sprint stores across this country, and the Boeren store has the utmost respect, patience, and go get it/ get it done attitude. many of the stores I have been to never help me they way I need, and are always rude. This Staff is amazing 20 out of 20. i will never use a different Sprint store again, i will make all my friends come here.

The manager of the store knew less about cell phones than I did but still more than the other employee. It appears this store is only for sales and giving advice to people who know close to nothing about cellular service. I expect employees to at least have enough knowledge and experience to answer questions without searching the internet for possible responses. They do have a great sales game but extremely little knowledge of the products other than to put on a show long enough to trap people in a sales contract. I feel for the people that have to rely on this store for assistance.
