Flat out rude, and ill-informed.  Your rep tried to tell me that the processor is dying in my phone.  I'm so glad these people have the ability to know precisely what component is "failing" without the use of any electronic diagnostic tools... especially one of the most important components.  The rep became even more rude when I informed him that the silicone components in devices have a lifespan of approximately 30 years (in ideal conditions, however, that's the information that I have been shared with from ELECTRONIC COMPONENT MANUFACTURERS).

Anyways, the rep was more concerned with selling me a new phone and a new plan, vs helping me fix my phone.  He wanted me to be on a new plan that would be more expensive for me, and we even argued about that (taxes and fees were not included in the price he quoted me, and I told him that with those included, I'd be paying LESS to keep my old plan).

I do not recommend this location.  This kind of behavior is unacceptable.

My wife & I both got new phones.the Verizon guy was great, transferred everything, talked us through it, we thought we were good to go. For home, played around setting up our stuff. Wife found out her home screen shortcuts didn't come over (her mom lives with us and she takes care of everything related to her, so there is a lot). Worked many hours to figure it out, no luck and frustrated. Went in to Version (Carlos Feliciano) and spent hours with him solving those issues and a few more. He pointed out things we didn't know, so learned a few new things. Bottom line, 'A1' service from him.

Thanks again, you can't go wrong with him or the crew from Verizon.

Hey guys, Boerne Verizon is the place to get your Apple products. Updating my wife phone was a painless inexpensive experience. Bartley and Mark are awesome technicians and get the job done quick. If you truly want a first class experience head on down to Boerne and watch these guys work their magic.
