The staff at Ultimate Home Theater got my purchase and installation done as promised. The tec did not try and sell me things I didn't need. I was very pleased about working with true professionals that were local, honest people from start to finish. Very fair pricing with great follow up even after they were finished with the install. I was able to call back with questions and a service tec was available after the service was complete, which is not always the case.
