Staff was friendly and quick. They did not try to upwelling me anything, probably because I already knew what I wanted. It was frustrating though that the people I talked to on the phone and the person I delt with didn't have any clue about the newest phone on their floor that literally came out that day.

First off if I could give a negative rating I would. But in unfortunately cannot. First of I walked into the company where I checked in and waited over an hour. After being irratated by the wait time the finally got to me. When they got to me it took 3 employees to help me after finding out they have been hemorrhaging money out of me for the last year in the most sneaky way possible. On top of that they could not help me after 40 minutes at the table with the customer representative at hand. After getting the assistant manager to help us out. He restarted the whole process to which I was pushed over the edge. I am done with this company. And I am done wasting my money on customer service representatives who can’t do their own job. I will be taking my large  company plan else where and putting the nasty word of AT&T in everybody’s ears around me. Good luck to anyone who stays with the company.

Joe, Juan and the store manager (didn't catch his name) were all great and knowledgeable. Had a great experience. Didn't wait long for assistance.

Terrible customer service. Do not go to this store. We were misinformed about the camera on the phone. Went back within days to exchange and they wanted to charge us. Called AT&T and they took care of it.

They offer only scams I been told I’m gonna be paying 29.99 for direct tv and get a free phone the phone wasn’t free $35 a month and the least I paid for direct tv was $85 more than $90 rip off every single month don’t go there unless u don’t care bout your cash they sell lies and make u wait forever
