I specifically asked the representative I purchased a new Xbox one game from if I had 30 days where I could get store credit back for the game if I didn't like it for the entire cost of the game, he said yes. Then when I tried to return it 2 weeks later they said no credit. They offered to trade it in at 1/3 the price! It was still brand new! Not a finger print or scratch on it! I took the game back and told them I'll never do business with them again! Liars!

I love going to this store everybody is really friendly but I think I should go there on special occasions from now on. The reason is that it was black Friday and I didn't plan ahead which I should of did and I was walking around the store until they closed and I wanted to use my coupon for 25$ off but the buy 2 get 1 free pre owned thing confused me. So they had to put two games back then I changed my mind then they grabbed another game and I changed my mind then I finally settled on Injustice 2 and I used my coupon. One guy at the door said something like "give him whatever so he can leave" and everybody started laughing I felt like the retarded kid who knows everybody at the GameStop and hangs out there until the store close. I was joking/flirting with the girl calling her Karen instead of her real name I just felt like a slow kid. So I'll just come here during like a midnight release and make it quick so I don't feel like a retarded kid again.

I’ve tried to return something the next day, still in the original packaging and they wouldn’t give me full store credit, which I specifically asked before I bought it. The clerk said yes then the next day they were “kind enough” to buy it back from me at 1/3 of the price I paid before. If I would’ve known that I would’ve at least opened the original packaging so they would’ve had to do some work. Plus the customer service is horrible!!! The only times we ever even think about going there is if one of my children get a gift card.

Absolutely zero customer service. Literally!  Me and my SO walked in. No greeting. Browsed for 10 minutes. No acknowledgement. No "can i help you find anything". Nothing.  Walked out. No goodbye. And the only two people in the store worked there.

GREAT store and staff but wait times can be excessive at times with an understaffed store and when you try to call in and speak to an associate, your calls are often not answered...again probably due to understaffing.  I NEVER had this problem under Mike's management at your old DeSoto Mall store.  Definitely miss the way he managed the store.
