I would like to give a big shout out to Glenn T, and Nicolas B at T Mobile. these two young men gave us such great service today. They went above and behind to make us happy. When I say they took their time with us and help us out even when they was giving me a hard time on the phone. If you need a new phone please go and see them at the  DeSoto Mall. thank you once again for the great service. I am very HAPPY.

My first time into this store Glenn and Nick made me feel important, like family, not a customer(They greet EVERYONE who walks in their store with a welcome). I explained to Nick and Glenn my problem with another cell carrier and instead of bashing them they offered me options.  I left their store with extreme happiness. I felt relief from my previous carrier AND with A LOT of additional free features and products.  Glenn and assistant Manager Nick know what they are doing and they provide customer satisfaction better than any cell carrier I've used.  Thanks!

My experience with T-Mobile has been awesome. The staff has been very helpful and friendly each time I have come  into the store.  Thanks a bunch for making this a smooth transition.

Amazing Costumer Sevice A+... Thanks you guys for everything (Jesus & Nicolas) .i definitely recommend T-Mobile to all my friends and Family!! The Store was so nice and clean , but the thing I love the most is when they welcome me into the store with a nice smile Welcome to T-Mobile!!!!!!!! Great Team
