Went in for a computer and was given a large array of choices and price range. Found what I needed and was in the price range I was seeking. Was an easy purchase and staff was helpful. Will be back there soon for further needs. Have since bought a few new items and again am very happy with with the service, product performance and how user friendly they are.    Thanks Best Buy

I love going here! I always ask for Tanner when needing assistance with any buying. He is a very good sales associate and very efficient! Always great services! The prices are good and the atmosphere is always welcoming.

Cedric the sales person was very helpful.  But the Geek Squad that set up my new computer let me down.  I was promised the set up would be done in 48 hours, it took 72.  I could not get an appointment till the next day.  I had another obligation so I could not check everything.  They did not transfer any photos or documents.  I have to decide if I want to make 2 more trips to Bradenton to get it right.

I purchased a range earlier this year, and a washer this week.   Both experiences could not have been any better.
The salesperson was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and efficent.  Making sure to compare price without my having to ask. (Saved me $50.00 on my washer.)
The delivery service is the best I have ever experienced.  I received multiple automated confirmation calls, as well as a call from the driver 30 minutes prior.  Jose and Diego arrived well within the time slot, installed the new washer, using a level, making sure it would be perfectly balanced.  They were both very professional and friendly.
I have had bad experiences with other companies, Best Buy is absolutely my go to company!

Ok guys....so I went into best buy looking for a tablet/computer first time I went in I was helped by an older gentlemen. I bought something he recommended that I ended up returning two days later. When I went back the second time I was helped by a gentlemen by the name of Alex. I was blown away by him, he answered all my questions and helped me decide on something perfect for me. He was so knowledgeable and knew so much about every type of computer/tablet. He was amazing and so nice and friendly. I will ask for Alex everytime I return to the Bradenton Fl. location. Alex thank you so much for your time and your awesome attitude and help. Crazy nice guy you are. :) Thank you so very much. You should be employee of the month....You Rock!!!!!!
