Store representative Elvis was amazing but the overall experience with sprint last week has me extremely dissatisfied and strongly considering changing carriers after being a long time customer. Spending countless hours on a chat, the phone and in the store before Christmas was a horrible experience so I hope sprint can respond accordingly.

Got great service from 2 of the customer service representatives on my last visit which was changing from Verizon to Sprint.  I was able to get an ipad a phone the Galaxy note 8 along with Plantronics headset and a smart watch!

DONT FALL FOR THE STUPID “FREE IPAD SCAM” THEH CLAIMED I WOULD ONLY PAY $10 FOR THE DATA PLAN . 4 MONTHS LATER IT TURNS OUT I HAVE BEEN PAYING AN EXTRA $20 FOR THE INSTALLMENT OF THE TABLET . SPRINT SUCKS JUST A FYI DATA TAKES FOR EVER TO LOAD . BEST DECISION I MADE WAS GOING TK AT&T I LOVE IT AND FOR THE SAME PRICE IS ALOT BETTER .

These guys are class A gentleman and just great to work with. I worked with a guy named Ferdy I think and he knew it all and made my upgrade a smooth n easy switch. He even switched all my data and photos! Got to talk with another salesman and he was very personable as well. Great group of salesman at this location will return when I'm ready to buy the 2 Karmon Hardon speakers!! Thanks again!! Keep up the great job!!
