These people were great help. I tried to upgrade my phone at the best buy in Brandon, and they gave me a phone with no SIM card, and instead of upgrading, added another line. After a lot of time on the phone with customer service and a lot of running around the week before Christmas, I ended up at the mobile store where a very competent young woman was able to fix everything in a few minutes. I recommend coming here to deal with anything cell wise with best buy.

My wife and I always go here when getting new phones and whenever we have questions. They are very friendly and take their time with you. Eduardo, Bryant, and the girl with the name we did not get -_- are the ones that got us all set up recently. They spent quite a bit of time with us setting the new service up. We've been in there when the store was pact with customers and empty. This group (even the ones not mentioned) seem to work good with each other. My wife and I will continue to go out of our way to go here.

Just letting you all know that I was in looking at appliances for a new home I'm building but would not be ready for 6 months. A young salesman named "Chris" took time to explain the differences in the appliances and showed me all the new latest features out there even though he knew I would not be on the market for a few months. That's 'SERVICE" at it's highest level. Chris thought of the future and not of the "now". I appreciate all the time he took and I will be back asking for him when it's time to purchase. I recommend Best Buy on Cortez Rd in Bradenton and when there ask to speak to Chris in appliances. He's a world of knowledge.

They follow me around the store as soon as I go to a area they follow me there and be like need help with something I have to walk fast in there and be like no I don't need help and they are on my ass if I even look at something they tell me that phone right there is nice sure it's good customer service but I don't need help its annoying when they follow me.
