Every time I come here I always get help and my issues resolved. I prefer this location because of the knowledge of the staff and willingness to help me when I need it. My last visit here was super quick. The store was not crowded, I made an appointment and was in and out within 30 minutes. Don’t plan on changing services anytime soon. ATT is good to me and my family.

Very understaffed. 3 people working. 6 customers waiting.  Lakeshore is much better.

It's alright, I didn't find it impossible to get workers attention. Came in browsing for bluetooth since Jawbone is now no longer producing their products since July. Since earpiece are not allowed to be open and used on ears, I was skeptical about the ones on the market now. Scan reviews on Cnet only to find out the one I want was rated at 3.7 stars. End up leaving without a purchase, but the search continues for a better rating earpiece. Any recommendations?

Absolutely rude manager. Waited in store for 30 minutes plus for a pre paid line. No assurance from anyone on how long the wait was.

Sales people are scammers the tell you something and you find out something else 
I went and got iPad for two years agreement it's supposed to be $10 a month for unlimited data and found out that was poolshit 10 a month for only one Gb
My helper was Is
When I went back to stor manger  said maybe was misunderstood 
Rnd up charge me $45 for stock fee .
Poolshit scammed people 
Don't recommend for nobody
