I could not be happier with my experience at the Sleep Train store in Emeryville. My wife and I came in wanting nothing more than some information about the products the store carry but April, the wonderful salesperson who assisted us, was so knowledgeable, professional and caring that we decide to look no further to ended up our search for our new bed set. Store was clean, well organized and fill with option but April is the BEST asset the store has. Can not thank her enough for her assistance. Recommend the store to everyone looking for a new bed set. 07/16/2016 Returned to the store to make changes to my original order (I realized that the mattress I had chosen was too stiff for my back) and again I was greeted with an outstanding customer service, now by Travis. This gentleman was very understanding of my situation, took me through several options around the sales floor all with a smile on his face. With sales agents like April and Travis you can go wrong when shopping for your new matters at this store.

Mike at Sleep Train provided excellent service. He helped my husband and me pick the right bed for us. He listened and took our feedback. We picked a bed in 30 minutes.

I have been sleeping on a terrible bed for about 3 years. I finally had a day off (labor day) to try and do some shopping around for a new mattress. I started my search at Sleeptrain in Emeryville and thanks to Charmain, ended my search there a 1/2 hr later. I hate shopping for mattresses and wanted to make this as quick and painless as possible. I had no idea Charmain would help me resolve my bed issue so quickly. She was knowledgeable of the different bed styles that would fit my sleeping habits and gave me three great options. The whole time she was personable, pleasant, answered all my questions and was a joy to be around. Because of this, I didn't even feel like i needed to look at other stores for additional options. I found a bed that I think will work out nicely for me and I can't wait for it to be delivered. Charmain's help is what really got me to purchase the bed so quickly and I'm thankful for it. Thank you ST for hiring exceptional staff!!

I like sleep train for their exchange policy, but sometimes you feel silly paying their price. You can and should haggle. if you don't like what you get, you'll definitely be able to get something more to your liking with no fuss. Good customer service.
