Slowest store ever!!
Came to return a phone hat mistakenly got ordered with wrong size, rep didn’t want to replace saying they “can’t” as it was a web order
After explaining that the we repa told me I can do it and her checking with a store manager they decided they “can”
Then waited for more then 1.5 hr to activate a new phone, make sure I’m getting refund for the returned phone (btw- the rep told me that since they are shipping it back it might get lost and it would be my responsibility- r u kidding me???)

Then last- they told me I’d be charged for restocking fee- after explaining to her that the phone is still in the box not opened and the mistake was ATTs not mine- hey finally removed the restocking fees

Bottom line- customer service sucks- if u t not only wasting money there- they will give u the hell.

2 other customers with similar issues left in the middle pissed off- I guess three r only bout getting ur money

AVOID LORENZO! He's a very rude person. He doesnt know his stuff. For a very simple thing, he stuggles and yet when asking questions, he acts very rude. Dude, your job is helping others. You are being paid to do this job. Not happy? Get another job! 
Very poor customer service! They don't serve customers based on first come first serve. Avoid this place and go to another store

Horrible experience the manager Mauricio Peña  just  doesn't have any  people skill  im taking my 7 lines to Verizon just because of the bad experience  in this store

Avoid Paulette Villalobis,  all talk. When it comes to it,  she wont reply to you,  and when you come back to see her,  she ll ask somebody else to take care of you because she knows you are not happy at all with her. Thumbs up for Tam who resolved the issue instead of her.
