Waited for 2 hours and wasnt done till 9pm. They were more interested in installing home internet than cancelling the dumb direct tv now i don't even use. Will just do a dispute with the bank to get my money back.

The person who helped me was/is knowledgeable & friendly yet did not follow thru with complete transfer of files from old to new phone leaving it up to me to finish her job on a $900 phone. Their Wi-Fi connection stinks using TCBY's 2 doors away.

Bought a cell phone. Employee started helping another person before completing my purchase. Did not thank me for the purchase. I asked if there was a senior citizen discount ,he responded you are getting a discount on you monthly bill..Again no people skills.  Store on Union Ave.

Very helpful in sorting out a problem with my son's phone. I didn't have to wait on a sales associate and he was really nice and took the time to address all of my concerns. I only gave 4 stars because although he tried, it turned out to be a Google issue and I left without my problem being solved.
