The best way to explain the experience my wife and I had was unremarkable and rarely seen in sales people today. One question we or I typically ask individuals is how they are compensated. Reason being is I am in sales & appreciate it when some one is direct & I can see them actually working to earn my business. There is a big difference between selling me & earning my business. My sales rep was Joe, and he was polite, upfront and to me the biggest thing that put me at peace was when he didn't know the answer to something he asked his manager. The manager even came over and explained things in a way to me that put me at ease.

Waiting time could be better. Shouldn't have to wait 40 minutes for someone to answer a 20 second question.

This is the most laughable inexcusable joke of customer service I have ever dealt with. Been to this store 8 times trying to get internet from the fifth of June it is the the third of July. I've been promised this promised that. I however was just told by the manager Ontario to cancel my service. Are you serious? How does a company make any money this way? Five techs countless hours on the phone and 8 visits to the store and four days missed work waiting for these people to do their job. At this point I feel I should be getting paid.

They should close this disgrace for an AT&T store. It's amazing with the money that I spend how nonchalant these so called employees are!! It's ok as for me and my how so long AT&T and hello Verizon!!
