A consultant talked me into a "special" only after I repeatedly asked direct questions about what activation fees, one time costs, etc would be applied to the two employees that helped me. I was told absolutely none- LIES! My billed more than doubled the next month as the customer service agent via phone explain to me the one time charges/activation fees that were added from this "special" I was deceived into. I have never been lied to my face so boldly as this in personal or business. LIARS in every sense of the word! An example: the agent told me to just add another line & not worry about the existing ones not being used. She insisted no worries, they wouldn't hurt to just lie activated, but not in use. Fact: each line cost an additional per month fee of $30.00. THEY ARE LIARS! Do not trust them. Unbelievable, they are allowed to be in business.

My husband and I really like this location! It's not as busy as the others in Southaven & Olive Branch. So we're glad we have this one to go to and it's actually closer, too. We didn't have to wait long and everyone was so nice & helpful. Masheiba and Christina were awesome and got our new Galaxy Note 8s set up perfectly!

They didn’t greet me and the door and I sat there for 45 minutes without anyone coming to help me or anything. They have little customer service to people they aren’t helping
