Deserves a zero star rating. Don't waste your time here, worst service imaginable... I'll drive the 30 minutes to Batesville before I spend a dollar here.

Store charged us for service received and placed a second charge on our card for undisclosed services not received. The sales rep refused to provide a receipt, stating that we would either get an email receipt or it would appear on our bill; however, we didn't receive either. So... we now have a $106 charge for nothing and no way to prove that we didn't receive anything. Basically, we were robbed.

The quality of their service deserves no stars at all. I went there to unlock my phone, with the instructions mail I got from At&T. I also wanted to know whether I could renew my contract for internet connection at an existing promotional offer. I had to leave the store short of being kicked out. The staffs were super cold and they sounded unprofessional. I wonder what their responsibilities are, judging by the lack of information on their part regarding existing offers. Later I called the AT&T customer service for unlocking my phone, and the representatives were also appalled to know that the store representatives did not provide me any assistance for unlocking my phone. A word of advice: please call the customer service if you have any queries, otherwise you will be wasting your valuable time and good mood for a bunch of "you need to call this toll free number..." kind of replies at this store.
