There is only one word to describe the level of unprofessional service received on various occasions at the Oxford CVS, HORRIBLE. My first experience, they lost my prescription and tried to say I never dropped it off. Lol - really, like I didn't just get out my car and walk my prescription in on yesterday. After finding my prescription, no remorse, apology, or anything, just this is your prescription. Next, they gave me the wrong pills for my prescription, and when I phoned to tell them what happened - they tried to convince me it was correct. Needless to say, I took them back and they exchanged them. Then on another occasion, they didn't give me my full prescription, as I was 7 pills off. But the issues that caused me to cut ties with CVS occurred when I was treated like a criminal or addict, and the pharmacist questioned my prescription during my last two visits. The pharmacist questioned the dates on my prescription. While he went ahead and filled my prescription the first time, the last visit he refused to fill my prescription because my dates didn't meet his expectations. Understanding I'm following strict doctors orders, he basically made it out like I was trying to abuse my medicine and he had to protect me from myself. The sad part is despite dealing with everything here, I was still willing to use them - but it's bad enough I have to deal with my illness, and I refuse to be treated like a criminal or an addict when I'm not nor have I ever been. So I will never return to this pharmacy again. I encourage everyone reading this post to Beware!!!!!!

Every experience I've had has been pleasant and helpful.. Staff has been very helpful and nice.. They didn't take my insurance anymore but explained to me the process and how it would work to transfer my prescription to a pharmacy that took it..

Pretty quiet place and they have excellent sales sometimes, if you have a CVS card.

Twice in as many weeks the pharmacy has been unable to fill my order correctly or in a timely manner. The first time they even used their automated text message system to tell me my prescription was ready, only for me to show up to find that it was not ready, and they hadn't filed my insurance correctly. Sadly, I'm stuck with CVS because that is what my health insurance forces me to use, but I'm not happy about it.
