Customers are waiting for them but they are busy in watching the game, no respect at all. Worst customer service. I do not recommend anyone for this place. I felt T Mobile customer service and plans are good. So I’m switching my network bye bye u guys can watch the game.👋👋👋👋

If I could give no stars I would!  They sold me a 3G phone on a 4G network. Since I had bought the original last year, I have had two warranty replacements.  They gave me a free microcell but I still have lousy reception and calls still drop.  Filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau.  Stay the hell away from AT&T!!!!!
