The Sprint employees promised a $300 credit and the company did not honor what was promised to me as a customer opening a new account.  I only received $100.  In addition, I was told to purchase accessories and that would increase my credit by $100.00.  This is false advertising an manipulative marketing..  Very serious predatory practices by the employees.  Finally, they so called threw in 2 Sprint phones which I did not need or ask for, saying it was included in the cost.  Later, I learned that I am actually paying for these "free" phones in my contract that I didn't need or want.  They said the phones were test products Sprint was giving out.  Lies.  Transferred from T-Mobile, but I really just went from one corporate crook to another.

Great costumer service especially the assistant manager Sam, she really helped my family and I, she answered all our questions with a great personality.

Just want you to sign the contract so they make up story to their customers and lie on the plan and insurance. When you found out that you got fooled, it's too late cuz you already got stucked in the two year contract...

i want them to burn in hell. The customer representatives are the worst in whole america. They charged me 500$ and never returned them and charged me 300 $ more. Useless. HATE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
