Visited this store last Sunday evening at 6:35 PM with my wife specially to switch to another plan. Only 2 employees were there. The guy was taking on the phone and a gal was busy with clients. So we had been waiting about 15 minutes and when a girl finished she has gone. The guy was continuing talking and stopped only when about 5 more customers came in and formed a line just opposite him.  We were the first so asked him to switch us to another new plan for +55. He checked our IDs and asked his manager (looked like that) how to do that. The manager came and said we have to call 611 to change the plan because they don't do that at stores. It was a big surprise for us because T-Mobile website says it can be done in any store. My wife speaks English not so good and we planned to switch the plan to her name with my assistance. So we've just wasted our one hour of our Sunday with no result. Also the manager gave us a recommendation to make a call to 611 on Monday. And on Monday I was charged for the next month of our current plan.  What a trick!  So we are unhappy with T-Mobile in this case. Thanks

The first time I went into this location I was very impressed by the customer service. Right when I walked through the door I was greeted and catered to by Rachel. She pulled up my account and instantly saw some problems. She fixed a few things and saved me money. The second time I had to return because of a problem I had from several weeks prior at a different T-Mobile location. I went to Rachel again and even though it was a complex and unique issue, she was able to work it out through every avenue possible. She even followed up after I left the store to make sure everything worked out.I highly recommend this location and Rachel for all your T-mobile needs.

Great people. We bought an iPhone in Apple Store near by and went to get a nano sim. One of the employees said "First I will try to cut the sim to nano if it works I won't charge you a penny. If it doesn't work, you should get a SIM starter kit which will cost you some money". He did cut the sim perfectly & made it work with iPhone and charged nothing. Very patient and great service.

Great store, Manual is wonderful.  He is patient, competent and helpful.  Tai is also great to work with,
they both made my experience very pleasant.  After my terrible experience at the Pleasant Hill store this
was a refreshing change.
