It's most arrogant store and don't Know At&T Instrument pay-off works. Avoid this store. When I was there, there are more AT&T staffs then customer, but they still want you to wait to chat. 6 vs 3

This review is for a rep called Kayla by far the worst customer service/sales person I've ever seen she literally shouted at me because I was asking her to fix something she did wrong,  Stay away from her and from this branch, too bad

days after I bought a LG V20 from them, the phone suffered from a blown speaker. THEY were ABSOLUTELY UNHELPFUL. To get my phone replaced they directed me to a "service center" in Labrea that no longer exist, then that AT&T (corp) store sent me running again to another store in the Sunset Blvd. Mall. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth...
