I purchased a necklace and the rep (older Filipino woman) was trying to push the extended care plan, which is fine but the lie she said to sell it is unacceptable.

The necklace is $150 and the warranty was $35, a bit excessive which is why I declined it a few times.
She then says her manager (Hispanic male) will approve her giving me an employee discount which would give me 50% off the warranty. I agree and purchase it, then as he walks away she says "Thank you sir for my discount". She also gave me a coupon for $15 off my next purchase.

When I get home I look over the receipt and see that I was never given a 50% discount on the warranty, instead she scanned that same coupon she just gave me, and charged me full price on the warranty.

I went back to return the warranty and the gentlemen did try to get me to keep it but after he spoke to his manager (same hispanic guy from before), he returns the $35 and im on my way.
They have quotas to hit and I know extended care plans is a huge part of it, but you dont lie to customers to sell it. And since the manager was in on it too, I wonder what else they lie about. Will never return here again..

The price is much higher than quality, you can find HALF price with same quality at other store
