I used to come here often when I was a  child and I always had a good experience. Went back after more than a decade, it's sadly smaller, slightly messy unlike when it was neater and organized. Nonetheless staff were extremely helpful!

All of the employees were really helpful and nice and we found everything we needed!

For our first time we had the worst possible experience you could have their, we found everything just fine but the check out counter had only one persone their with 6 other people walking about on a Saturday, their was no indication of line so we stood where we thought was appropriate, not knowing it was the wrong place.  The clerk made eye contact a few times not telling us we were in the wrong place. So when we got up their thinking it was our turn th e guy next to us said it was his turn. The clerk then said she'd do us first but continued to scold us that we were in the wrong and told us to better next time. Needless to say we won't be going back.
