Fairly busy store. The staff is quick to sign you up for their que to speak to someone. While helpful and efficient the interactions were rushed and not as thorough as other stores.

The guy who took care of me was very friendly and to the point with everything I asked. The store is elegant, clean and have all the toys that I was looking for👍

After knowing this store for many years, And many bad experiences, we went back with hope, and since it's closest to where we live. The store looked nice for a Saturday pm, not long wait, and we met Andreea, the solutions specialist at Verizon, she changed our all old bad experiences to a great one. From the first moments she showed care, kindness and professionalism at the top level. My 13 years old daughter felt great, I was very happy with the result. SHE Listens to the customer first and then she offers solutions and makes suggestions, she was like buying the phone for her own little sister. Andreea you are blessed, keep up the great work. We upgraded to iphone8 plus and she installed the screen protector very professionally in front of us way better than Apple store workers...and promissed an exchange for the wireless charger which I was not sure about. When I returned the next day for exchange thank God she was there, they didn't have the one I wanted, she checked the new shipments, then found it in a closer location she made the phone arrangements, and handed me the address, within an hour I walked into the other store picked up the charger I wanted, and even I got $10 price difference credited to my account. ALL sales people should learn to care and listen to customers first, every customer loves attention and respect, then they will pay you...Awsome job Andreea! 5 star is for you, and to be fair, those girls at the front desk were quick to greet, and I loved the quick notifications on my phone, and the store was clean. But for me the human interaction was top factor.

I just came in the store to adjust my Verizon Bill. When I asked what my bottom line per month would be, they gave me a specific number after adding all charges and features that my new plan would have. After about 3 days, I received a text from Verizon saying my new bill was 2.5 times more from what I was quoted. I came back in the following weekend to correct this obvious mistake. The manager and the sales associated disappeared in the back room for about half an hour after having initially explained the problem. After an additional 15 minutes of the manager and the associate trying to correct my billing cycle charge, I was kicked out of the store. I had at most a frustrated demeanor due to the wait time and the store not willing to admit fault, but in now way was I stark raving mad or procrastinating like a lunatic. I'm in the service industry, I get it, sometimes customers come in in a pissed off mood. But kicking out a customer for trying to correct a bill? Fortunately to Verizon credit, I was able to correct my bill through the phone. Don not go to this store. Save yourself the headache and just call 611, or do your business online or some other brick store elsewhere.
