Gevork is a rockstar! He helped me get my new phone all squared away and made sure what could transfer did. I walked away a happy camper. I love that they take your name when you come in so you know exactly where you are in the queue. It is a well run store.

Honestly I had heard horror stories about bad customer service with at&t and bad connections and bad hardware. All of it is true. I honestly can't say one good thing about this company. They insisted that I had to use their router (not true but their representative insisted I had no choice). I was paying for 40 mbps and speedtest was showing less than 10 with their equipment. I called and provided a date to cancel my svc due to poor connection quality (I lost my connection every 30 mins or so). I told them I would like my services shut off in one week. Their customer service rep was too busy laughing and cussing with his co workers he cancelled it on the spot. Now I work from home using my internet. I had to spend the next 3 hours with tech support who was obviously over seas (and much better than his United States counter part might I add) he eventually fixed it for me nowbtheyre charging 120 dollars for a service they never truly provided. I have overseas sales reps in the phillipines working for my company who have a better connection than I did. Do yourself a favor and go with spectrum. Not perfect by any means but so much better.

Arrogant Bad customer service..staffs in store vs custom 6 to3 ..still need to wait.Unprofessional and lack of knowledge could to carless attitude customer satisfaction..Don't go to this store for sure

These guys deceived me by telling me if wanted free HBO I had to sign up for a DirecTV NOW package with my Unlimited Plus plan. That is not true. The fact is you can get HBO free without a DirecTV package on the Unlimited Plus plan. I have canceled my DirecTV package and am watching HBO right now. For free. These guys are crooks. They get a kickback from DirecTV for signups, so beware. They are happy to take food off your table by subscribing you to services you don't need. And they are utterly unhelpful and unsympathetic once they have your money. Also, they NEVER answer their phone, so you have to go in and face their smug, phony friendly attitude if you need to ask them anything or make any changes. They don't answer the phone even when an AT&T customer service rep calls for you. That's further proof that they are up to no good. They don't want to talk to all the angry customers calling them. When I did go in, the store manager, Craig, had the gall to tell me to come back anytime if I had any other issues. He did this loudly so the whole store could hear how great and helpful he was, even though he hadn't helped me at all. I responded that he didn't solve the issue I came in for, so why would I bother coming back? I've spent hours on the phone with customer service resolving the issues that this store caused. I will never be back. They need to be shut down.

After struggling to get through to customer service on the phone and being ready to throw in the towel, i decided to go to this location. Received exceptional service by Hymien, after hearing my unique circumstances he went above and beyond and got us the best deal he could possibly get us and made me believe there's still people out there who can be empathetic and helpful because it's the right thing to do and not because they get pay to do it.
