The T-mobile staff here has always been very friendly and helpful to me whenever I've gone there, even with questions/issues with my phone. I highly recommend their cell service and working with them. I've been happy with my T-mobile service, especially for international travel (free-data roaming).

Customer service is great. I went in there on my lunch hour.  The T-Mobile associates took care of me right away. I was out of there in less than 15min.  Good job.

very bad service. i went there for paying charge and the guy did my money to another person. after my noted to them they correct it, but they didn't receipt !!!

Same incompetent guys here. Different day. I just wanted to come buy a replacement glass screen protector put it on and leave. I told them that. Not very complicated. Takes like two minutes to do. I get put on a list like we're at the doctors. 
No one else is in line but there's always just two guys working.The dude that signed me in bumped a couple guys ahead of my name. You guys aren't doing so hot when it comes to prompt customer service. People have better things to do than stand in a T-Mobile for ten minutes. This place already has pretty lame reviews you do the math.
