Paid $1400 for a mattress set that started sagging on us after 1.5 years and called customer service to warranty it. They sent a 3P inspection company that latter came to inspect it...As the technician was measuring the bed he said " yeah this is definitely sagging " and 2 weeks later they tell us our claim has been rejected!! Both my wife and I are experiencing back issues now and SIT N SLEEP doesn't even want to live up to their warranty!!!! NEVER AGAIN...STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES!!
