NO CUTOMER SERVICE!!!! They don't know what they sell...you'll get more help and information on-line than going there in person.. One star is being generous... I've been there multiple time hoping it would improve,... NO!!!!!! All the negative posts are all true!!

We'll, it's sad that Sears is hurting so much that there's only one check stand area in the whole building, and no one on the floor to assist. Few customers. So, I found what I wanted anyway at a good price. Good quality shirts. Checkout was a short wait.

Easy access for me. Especially when I have to wait for my wife to pick her up from work and it's not time for her to go home, I have time to go shop at this stor and it's very convenient for me. I can find anything I want, not much of a haggard for the parking and driving down here very simple
