Their services are very slow. There were only two sales team members when I arrived at this location. Workers were a little snobby as well.

This store is horrible, never waste your time to go there. They just stand there and talk to each other as if there isn't any one in the store to help. Alex is one of the staff who claims he is the store manager ( i don't know if he is lying or not) because if he is the store manager then Sprint should have some solution to train a store manager to be polite and honest before anything else. If he is not the store manager then the real store manager should know about it.Don't get me wrong Sprint is a good company but this store must be more organized.

Customer service good, however impatient Armenian customers walk in without an appointment, and stalk the employees helping a customer with an appointment until the employee abandons the customer with the appointment.
