I purchased a pair of pants in San Francisco for a business meeting and never wore them. My wife tried to return said pair of pants today and was denied due to store policy- items that appear worn aren't returned. The store manager, Antonio, scrutinized the pants and claimed that "the tag had been tied back in a different way." Essentially calling my wife a liar. Are you serious. My African American wife felt that she was under extra scrutiny and unfairly treated. I have no doubt in my mind that I could stroll into any BR store and return these pants in a heartbeat. Absolutely none.

Had very bad experiences....they sold me an item and ring me up for totally different one. When I came to the store to return it they told me that they won't return the item. Even though I did not pass the return policy time frame and my item was not worn and tag was attached. Such a bad experience.........

Standard Banana Republic. For the most part, it is kept well organized. Good service throughout.

One of myFAVORITE clothing stores (Hollister is another favorite). Its in almost every mall!!
