Never even acknowledged me with 0 other customers in the store! I waited about 15 minutes before I finally found a kiosk in the corner that I was able to do my business needs on.  I wouldn't want to interrupt the 4 employees that were sitting at a table playing on their phones, laughing & chatting with each other.   Once the kiosk didn't give me my full change back I had to and the guy seemed baffled that I didn't get my change back & seemed unsure what to do. Never even thanked me for coming in, apologized for not speaking, nothing.

My son drove 25 minutes to this location to get a "complimentary" SIM card per AT&T phone representative. This was fully notated on my account as well. Mr. Know-It-All representative at the store, didn't even bother to open up my account, but instead he tells my son they don't give free SIM cards.  For once, in your life, do your job and at least OPEN and READ the notes on the account. Is it too much to ask for a CSR to do his job especially when someone took the time to drive to the freaking store?

There is a lady person named Taylor.. she scratched my samsung s7 edge.. and was not able to connect my new sim to the service.. she denied on face.. I going to talk to att higher managment...
