If I could speak English I would not have been trying to purchase the Rosetta Stone program for English. Because of my lack of ability in understanding English I wanted to be sure it was suitable for me at such an expensive cost. I naturally needed time to ask questions about the program. 
The lady waiting on me was rather impatient with me and actually rude, making me feel like a thug. I am very disgusted with the situation and very unlikely to shop at Barnes and Noble again.
I have been a loyal customer buying many expensive books and I would never even think about stealing anything. You will lose a loyal repeating customer.

This Barnes and Noble has some nice storytime events.  Of course, it is a bookstore so you walk in for one thing and end up browsing for at least an hour and buying much more than you planned.  Good children's toys and gifts section as well.

Easy to find selections needed.  Didn't have one thing I was looking for though so had to go online.

Some staff were very helpful and polite. Some others were very sarcastic towards me. I looked at 2 books sitting at the Starbucks. I specifically asked an employee was it okay to do that and then where should I return the books to? I returned the books where he suggested but the 2 womenthat were there were very rude to me. Normally to ensure books are reshelved correctly, employees are directed to NOT let customers reshelve items. Apparently these 2 employees didn't want to be bothered. It was bad customer service.
