I love this store. EVERY single time I come in they are all always so nice and friendly. I purchased multiple items from here and they take the time to answer all my many questions for me.  They don’t hound you for a sale which is really nice.  They greet every person I see coming in with a smile and welcome to the store.  Not every company can say that. Their customer service is great and the prices are much more affordable than buying Apple products elsewhere. I finally switched from a PC to a Mac today. I purchased my iPhone from them a month or so ago because I wanted to beat price on the phone paid in full. I would recommend this location to anyone. Will even carried my monitor to the car. Thanks guys!

Search no further for your computer/phone needs!  I thought I had lost my 34,500+ photos and videos when my hard drive crashed in the wind storm (and it was on a surge protector). Gabe and his entire staff was calm (I definitely wasn't') cool, and knowledgeable. They were able to recover my data and made my computer even better- and quickly!  Highly recommend.

Unfortunately, 5 stars are the highest I can rank Experimac Fredericksburg. This store completely understand customer service and deliver at a high level!

I brought my father's computer in for a repair. The machine was not repairable but they were able to salvage the hard drive for me. They went over and above the call of duty by mailing the drive to me as I went back to my home and was not available to pick the drive up.

I've used Experimac in Texas and they also have a culture of quality customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend them, I already do!

Where do I begin? I cannot say enough about this wonderful company. I’ve made serval purchases there and have also referred several of my friends and family. They have exceeded my expectations time after time. The owner, Gabe, took special care to make sure I was happy with my purchase and does the same for the people I refer to him. If there were more than five stars I would happily give it to them. Highly recommend.

I walked in and they took my completely shattered phone right back. I went to go eat. And an hour later it was ready. It is  very affordable. I recommend this place before any other. The only problem I had is that my home button is just a tad bit loose.
