I went there to have everything transferred from my old phone to my new one. After an hour and a half, the only thing they had managed to transfer successfully was most of the contacts, thank you Google. Instead of service I got a lot of excuses for why it wouldn't since I was not doing a Samsung to Samsung transfer. I will have to reset the new phone and do it over myself.

The staff here has no interest in helping at all stood in front of the desk and none of the 3 staff offered to help with an issue I have please at&t close this location money is being wasted here

Well , on October 16, 2016,  went to the At@t store in Vista Gardens Marketplace around 4:10 p.m. to get a simple answer about downloading some software on my phone. My brother-in -law and myself encountered a sales representative by the name of Mark.  I questioned him about how to download the software on my 4s phone . He replied  with sarcasm. " Don't attempt to download the software because it will freeze up your phone."  So before I could question him about what steps could I take then to get the software.  He stated with sarcasm " Okay  downloaded it and see what happens .  Since you don't want to listen to me ."  I then said ," you said don't download it a bit confused.  My question is  if you let me speak what steps can I take to get the software? He stated nothing with that phone.  It's old and you need to purchase a later model in order to get the software." with a nasty attitude .  We then departed the premises and vowed never to go back to that at@t location.
