I encountered a rude store manager at the Bowie store in Vista Gardens Shopping Center. Patrick and Claryce we're very helpful. Office Depot needs to retrain some of there managers. They have jobs because people come to the store to spend their money. If we as customers did not spend money they would not have jobs.

I entered the store at about 6:30 I only needed to print 2 sheets from email. I was given the email and proceeded to execute the task. Thing is it kept saying queued and somehow could not reach their servers. No one was helpful. I have never had an issue sending an email. As I write this review still no results. This is my 1st worst and last encounter with office depot. Someone else placed an online order an hour ago and staff didn't even realize it until the person was at the counter to pick up their order. She waited an additional 15 minutes. I will be contacting customer relations to make a complaint as well.

Office Depot never seems to have enough people staffed in their print Department, or at the registers. And it's just the sign of the times that you don't care about the customer. Although the people serving us are very kind you don't have enough people on staff when the store is open.

I called to ask a question about their print services and the lady on the phone says let me go ask. 20 mins later I am still on HOLD!!!! Very upsetting.
