Like most others, don't expect to come here and get help with what you need.  Instead, you should be prepared to be ignored for as long as you will bear before you walk out.  Also, the fat guy with the red beard and the slicked back hair is a classic schmuck.  If you do end up getting help, it won't be from him.

Direct TV was great before ATT bought it now it sucks the person that waited on me must have been new he couldn’t even get the app on my phone until the manager came over to fix everything

I purchased a new cell phone had trouble with different things I thought everything was transferred but wasn't. Went back 2nd time they didn't do anything to help.

Feel free to come here if you have 30m to an hour to spare just to wait to be seen then to be signed up for a contract you didn't pay for. I have never ever received good service here. It's time to switch companies to a more competent provider.
