It started off by us checking out a lawn mower and going inside to the service desk and asked the young man behind the counter for help outside and he asked 1. How to spell lawn mower 2. For us to take a picture of the model and serial number. (Personally don't think I should have to help you with either which is why we asked for assistance. He then has another young man to assist us who didn't seem to care for his job. We decide to go with the mower and that young man has a lady come unlock it for him. As she approached myself and my 3 kids smiled and she looked at us in such disgust. Needless to say we appreciate the mower but will never come here again the ABSOLUTE worst customer service.

Fellow named Cary from lighting had my problem solved in less than 2 minutes. We bought two ceiling fans and could not get through one part of the instructions. Very frustrated, I walked in with an attitude, Cary and the greeter we're both patient and courteous nevertheless. Cary in particular is an excellent representative of Home Depot. Thanks Cary!

We shop here all the time for remodeling homes. The selection is good and the staff is helpful. The concern I have is checking out is not very efficient and the customer service desk is hit or miss. Depends on who you get there. About half and customer service team don't really recognize you as a customer or person. So everything is a struggle with them. My wife bought wood flooring for a whole house the other day. The very next morning they called and said we didn't pay for it so the floor would be put back. She went up right away and even the store manager had no idea what the lady did the day before but it was paid for. My wife said the person that rang her up that day was new and the person helping her just didn't care so I guess that's the problem. The other half do awesome to welcome you and take care of anything you need. If they could just get the customer service and check out to smile and act like they want to help you this store would be a five for sure!!!

The Lawn and Garden Center employees couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. I bought 10 bags of mulch and 5 bags of garden soil and they loaded everything for me. I am disabled and I always appreciate the great service at Home Depot and I thank them all.
