Business ethics of this company are questionable. I will never shop here again due to their "price matching" policy. The retail stores jack up the prices to take advantage of customers. For a 5 lb bag of cat food, the store's retail price was $6.00 higher than Petco's own website. When I asked the cashier to give me the "Petco" price, she refused and told me that I had to show her the price from their own website. Ok then. I asked if she wouldn't mind looking it up for me. She said they don't have access to the internet. This, in my opinion, is a total scam. I am a business owner of 30+ years. I choose where to take my business and it will never be Petco again. I would advise anyone shopping here to be aware of their price jacking / price matching policy. Amazon now provides me the cat food at a better price.

Customer service has stepped up big time. Very helpful staff who knows their stuff. Was approached many times to be asked if I needed help. Ask your questions people because they will have an answer.

Good employees a lot of them have been there for awhile very knowledgeable about saltwater fish. Frozen food is often out of stock.
